This is the Coconut Cake. It is a two layer 8 inch round poke cake (also available in a single layer 9x13) with a whipped coconut frosting. The toasted coconut on top is optional. This cake will serve 12 smaller slices. It is a rich, moist cake with a bold coconut flavor. Very tasty. My cost for this cake is about $7.50 depending on the cream of coconut. This varies about a dollar and is very hard to find.
