Tevan wanted a birthday party so badly for his bear. So, I gave in. I whipped a cake up, got out some party hats, and we partied. He thought it was great! Teddy even got a Littlest Pet Shop toy. Thanks Kara and kids for coming over to make Tevan feel special!
