I have found that white chocolate cake with raspberry filling is very popular. I made this cake with butter cream frosting and roses. This cake runs about $18.00 during the portfolio period. I would have liked the sides to be a bit more smooth, but I had about 30 minutes to ice the cake after the cake got done baking.
